[v.256] Take torch from fire exploit

Maybe not a bug, but an exploit for sure. If you make a fire and add enough fuel, you can take a torch from the fire. A very useful feature in itself. But it is also possible to extinguish said torch leaving you with a torch you can use again. A torch, that normally would have cost you 1 reclaimed wood, 1/2 cloth and .1L of kerosene.

I never used torches much, because of the cost in cloth and kerosene. Now all I need is to add a few sticks to a fire and take a torch out, extinguish it and voila: a torch without the usual costs.
