Stuck in Hole and Can't Get Out

I accidentally fell off a small cliff and slid into a hole. I tried to get out but unfortunately I couldn't . It's very disappointing that I'm going to have to start over now. Here is a screenshot that I took, it has the coordinates of the exact location I was trapped in. Please fix this so no one else gets trapped there.

Did you try loading your last saved game?

Yes I tried about 8 times to restart and load my last saved game. Still can't get out of the hole.
