I would like an option to see my cabin's Inventory. But only items that I have taken/dropped/found.

Sometimes I have lots of stuff everywhere so a quick look at my inventory list would be very handy.

Bit like a stocktake.

Maybe some sort of list/log I keep somewhere. a handy list/log book stuck somewhere.
