Falling out of world

So, was in the 2nd zone and went into the farm house cellar at the orchard. Then i zoned in and was falling, was nice timing for a beautiful sun set I might add but if i looked up i could see the basement above getting smaller and smaller. Thankfully I was able to hit esc and load and it zoned me into the basement correctly.

Next time before pressing load press F8 for a screenshot with coordinates :?
