Weird tool distrobution

Dear Devs,

When I've played pleasant valley, I've found a lot of pry bars, and very few knifes and no hatchets, and when I palyed Mystery lake, I found a massive number of hatchets and a fair number of knives, but few prybars. Is this a deliberate design choice or a bug? Because I've never found a single hatchet in the valley yet.

Hatchets can spawn in Pleasant Valley... the tools and weapon spawns are mostly random spawns, so some runs will have more items while others will have fewer. As well, not all main spawn locations are always along the main paths or trails.
