Snow sparkle

I wish stars would sparkle regardless of if you're moving or not and I wish the snow would sparkle during the day as you move -in this case sparkle when you move is as expected- beacause it does that too. The world's covered in it for the most part, would be pretty.

i'm sure the graphics could be tweaked/upgraded a massive amount - but how many well will it run on average PC? -

I'm not fussed I have a half decent PC but what about those who do not?

I don't think so, they can always make it exclusive for Ultra but I highly doubt there's any load in that, as you don't need to calculate much since the pixels that sparkle would be random and limited by the shadow draw distance which is tiny, obviously you're not going to calculate angles or anything like that, it would be ridiculous.
