Do lanterns use less oil when 100%?

Rifles do more damage when at 100%

Also was wondering is there a way to repair my backpack, or find a bigger one. I do understand I've been in a plane crash, and can't carry too much.......oh, yea....haven't found my plane or any parts....is that in the game?

There is currently only one backpack that doesn't need to be repaired. The condition of your items determines whether they break or not but doesn't change their effectiveness to the best of my knowledge. As for details on the plane crash, that's yet to be unveiled
