Game Crashing

Hey guys!

Received this message from a user on Facebook:

I like this game so far but it keeps crashing for me.

The error message shows:

The game has crashed. The Crash report folder named "2018-06-15_123456" next to game executable.

I've directed her to this thread, but thought I'd go ahead and get things started for her. She has tried forcing DX9, but that hasn't worked. We'll see if we can't get some more information and a solution.

Yea I'll need that folder and their output log so hopefully they'll hope on here to post it. If not maybe get them to email it to me?
