v.236: can repair clothing without a sewing kit

I'm playing in v.236 in Pleasant Valley.

Six game hours in, I have no sewing kit, no knife, no tools. I just tried repairing the cotton socks and thin wool sweater with some cloth I found, and the repair worked.

The Repair dialog has a Required Materials selection, but no required sewing kit or tools.

Update: later in the same game. Now I have a sewing kit and a fishing tackle. Now the Select Tool dialog is coming up for repairs. It wasn't earlier.

Another update. I just tried to reproduce this problem. Now it's working correctly: the repair is not possible without a tool.

I think in my last game I must have had a fishing line, and didn't realize this could be used to repair clothing. And since it was my only repair tool, the game skipped the Select Tool dialog. Is this expected behaviour?

So you can probably ignore this. Sorry for false alarm.

Should have a "select tools option" for both craft and repairing. And it should be showing from the beginning, not after you click repair.
