Add in a watch item

I think the "estimated" light and darkness is cool but it would be even cooler if you could get accurate time by finding a watch somewhere. That's it.

That would be sick. Hit a button and your arm comes up to check the time. Hopefully with no beeping either (I prefer the natural sounds in the game)...although now that I think about it to be able to set alarms for different reasons would be cool. "I'm going to explore until this alarm goes off at ______ o'clock.

A watch has and is frequently wished for. We'll just have to wait and see if it gets added.
