Daylight inside structures

v227, Windows 8.1: There seems to be something wrong with daylight falling into structures through windows (loaded structures, not lookouts or cars): When it says that "less than 2 hours of darkness" remain, it seems as if it's bright daylight outside. Then, one hour later (in other words: one hour before dawn), it's dark again. Could this be related to the recent change of daylight hours from 14 to 12? Maybe what is now 2 hours before dawn used to be dawn and is till recognised as such?

I noticed this as well, I'm playing with an old save so I still see the precise clock. I can tell you that the interiors get dark past 8PM, but at 9PM suddenly it gets bright again like during daytime. In the morning if I wake up before 6AM the interiors are very bright but at 6AM o'clock it gets dark again like someone just switched the light off.

I did notice this before but I managed to take note of this timing only inside the farmhouse on PV, I don't know if it's different elsewhere.
