Use windows to see what the weather is like

When you are inside i think it should be allowed that you can see through windows and see what the weather is without going outside. Now because this is a complicated thing to programe i assume? One could make a compromis and instead of making a visual duplication of the outside weather one could make a written description that appears when u click on a window. It could be like this:

Empirical meteorological observation of the weather:

Visibility: high (if there is a fog it would be low)

Light: Medium

Precipitation: None

Wind: Branches of a moderate size move. Small trees in leaf begin to sway*

[Done]

*Which on the Beaufort scale is equal to 8–10.8 m/s

But what you cant see is the temperature

Don't we already get all those information without going out?

If your clock says "about ??? hours of daylight left" and it's quiet outside, you know it is foggy.

If your clock says "about ??? hours of daylight left" and you hear the wind howling, you know it's blizzard time.

If your clock gives you an approximate time and it's quiet outside, you know it's a bright sunny day.

If your clock gives you an approximate time and you hear the wind howling, you know it's windy but bright.

The only thing you can't know for sure is if it is silently raining snow a bit. But that's no biggy, is it?

That's precisely the way I do it when inside a building. Pretty sure the devs will change that behaviour and will make the player go outside to look what the weather is like. Except for the sound of the blizzard/storm that will still be hearable :D
