I've ordered a mug...  Though the strike still seems ongoing but I expected that to be the case... I'm happy to order now and wait for it

Hi! Is there any progress in resolving the strike? I just live very far from Canada and can't understand the picture of what is happening, even reading some news articles on the Internet.

in a nutshell.....

basically what is happening is the employee's of a constantly money losing crown corporation,  that consistently loses more and more money every year and falls further and further behind better run methods of shipping have gone on strike to be paid more for the effort they put forth....

Expect the strike to be long as the government is unwilling to legislate them back to work in fear of a confidence motion that could bring down the government... despite the fact that the call to possibly bring down the government is led by the boy who cried wolf....too many times.

Thank you..  I know bits of it ,from what I can get on our news anyway....  I know they have a mediator which has made a tiny step forward..  I know a week was very optimistic though, just trying to look on the hopeful side...

I ordered a mug and a t-shirt and I really hope they arrive before the holidays. Chances are, once Canada Post reopens, they'll be inundated with Christmas shopping and other packages and I imagine they'll have to spend the rest of January and February sorting through them.
