What about guitar or other musical instruments?

I had an idea about a guitar in the game, so in some places where there are fires, these could be traveler camps, maybe there will be a guitar there and you can play it. I think it will add a really cool atmosphere to the game.

It is possible, there is actually a mod that adds a guitar and harmonica.  Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in quite some time and as such will likely only work with version 2.01 .
