Scope on Hunting Rifle

The possibility to find a sniper scope for the Lee Enfield/Hunting Rifle would be super cool. Perhaps there could only be one of these scopes in a hard to reach location, similar to the crampons and technical backpack. It wouldn't have to be a modern military scope, just an older military surplus scope for the Lee Enfield that some hunter had on the island.

I think even a makeshift scope you could make with metal and magnifying glasses would be cool
