I don't think so. There is no yet-unreleased region on the roadmap for TFTFT, and Raph has said in the Part 5 video said that that was the "third and final region". It also is not clear yet if new region(s) will be added when/after Episode 5 launches;  even if that would happen I'd assume it would take some time after Episode 5's release to retool a region for Story Mode to be playable for Survival Mode.
