Hello everyone.
I guess, most of us is waiting for "Wintermute" episode 5 release very much. But, as Raph was predicted, the "Collapse" is really happened. Costs of life was raised to the sky. Therefore, I think it's a good idea to crowdfund episode 5 of "Wintermute" release. I want to share my $100 into funding of episode 5 development. If anyone agree to crowdfund Wintermute, let's vote! I think what they need is time, not money collected by a random stranger on their behalf. I honestly don't know that I would be willing to donate to a crowdfunding campaign that was not started and run by Hinterland. They would have to agree to it, and run it, and say that they needed more money, which according to the latest Dev Diary- @Raphael van Lierop says they are doing okay right now. I think you need to run this idea by them before launching a Go-Fund-Me or something similar. If Raph says they need help with funding and the studio sets up a crowdfunding drive- I would donate. But I am not comfortable donating to anything started up by a random fan, who may or may not give all of the money to Hinterland.

I don't know how crowdfunding even worked, therefore I couldn't manage them. I just offered to vote, and if we collect enough votes, may be Hinterland would start crowdfunding campaign.
I've remember an ADoM resurrection campaign, which did really great! It helped Thomas Biskup to finish his great rogue-like RPG.
So, I just offer... If you think that I'm some kind of crook - I am not. Just really want to help.

* Tell a friend about TLD (but only if you feel like it is worth the money!)

I agree.. I think it's a lovely thought and not just for wintermute but for any future endeavours..   I can think of numerous comments on the forum of people wanting to help...

I do hope that should the need arise that htl would at least consider this option..  I for one would be more than happy to donate..

Re: OST Volume 3 -- we're waiting for all the Ep5 music to be done so we can add it there, along with the other music we haven't released yet (there's a lot of it). Otherwise we'll end up with like 4+ volumes which seems excessive. 😅

I'm sure the team is eager to do something very different than TLD, but oh man, an urban, non-snow TLD successor would be awesome.
So many of these kinds of games are full of zombies or other humans to deal with and that's just not the same feel as TLD no matter how survival-y they make it.

That's why I also love Subnautica so much - it's got that lone adventurer exploring and surviving in a sometimes-hostile and very 'alien' world feel that I love.

I agree with Raph's reply in showing support.  If the company were in danger of going under, and were seeking funds (in whatever manner), I would certainly support that.

Also, @Wonderland Wanderer 3, in the future, you may consider making such a poll private.  I do not wish to share my financial contributions with the public.
