Hi I'm playing from xbox one, game won't load this message keeps coming up,sometimes after trying many times it loads but today not able to play at all. Thank you.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?  You're having issues with the tales too aren't you?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?   I'm not good with tech so can't really offer much advice but if it doesn't work after a reinstall I'd suggest filing a report..with support,(top of the page) sorry can't do links..

Yes tried uninstall  and istall again but still keeps happening. Thank you for your help I was indeed able continue tale in sundred pass just had to go to Sundred pass and it worked.

It may be a memory problem, so maybe check that out... Or power cycle (reset) your console .. but I'd advise contacting support anyway,they'll have more advice to offer😊
