Mod for Permanent Cursor Dot?

Ok, I'm a long time player, and have always had a monitor that allowed me to put a cursor dot in the middle of my screen for centering. Unfortunately, my new monitor has an awful, monstrosity of a cursor and I wish I could just go into the TLD settings and just enable cursor on always.

Anyone know if any of the mods out there will allow me to turn that on? Thanks in advance!

Going to answer my own questions after digging around a bit through the GitHub postings of the mods, in case anyone is interested.

Extra Graphics Settings is the clear choice as it gives the option to turn this option on/off, and do so situationally (rifles/bows/etc)

Universal Tweeks includes this and a number of other options, but doesn't give the ability to change turn on/off situationally.

On my old monitor I sorted this by cleaning it all but a crumb of dust/lint/fluff dead centre

Putting a dot on a clear piece of tape and then putting that on the monitor should work as well...
