Crafting recipes

We should be able to make noisemakers at the workbench. I see no point i needing a special area just to fill up a can with gunpowder, punch a hole in the lid and add a wick. In addition we should be able to make gunpowder in a workbench as well, and for the same reason, I just see no point in needing a special area just to mix some engredients together.

A scope

We should have a single rifle scope available somewhere, I would like to have it as a reward in the last tale, and it would make sence because the security chief had a rifle.

Yeah, I agree that the noisemaker should be a default recipe. Blackrock needs more reasons to visit it, the noisemaker feels like an artificial one. Without the recipe, there's not much exciting about looting gunpowder.

I'd like a scope in the game too, but presumably it'd be easier to make it part of a rifle variant, rather than add a weapon modification system?
