Would it be possible to take the clothes of frozen dead people ?

First of all, it's a frozen body. And frozen body is like a stone sculpture. You can't just simply undress them without major damage to clothes. And the second thing, after death all muscles are strained and then harden, because biology. Even in non-winter terms it's almost impossible to snatch boots from a dead body, without damaging manipulations.

with a hatchet you could make every coat a vest... if you catch my drift... I mean who wouldn't want an expedition..vest 😑
