Partially Harvest Objects (to continue later)

Some objects, especially ones that require a hacksaw, can take a really long time to harvest. It would be great to be able to start harvesting an item, cancel out, and come back later to continue harvesting without having to restart the entire harvesting time. Similar to crafting items. 

It would be a great addition to go along with Safehouse Customization but I know the suggestion is very late.
