Great Bear Island's seen it's fair share... but what about the players?

I'm not talking about any game changing physical effects or anything like that; but what about some very rare, very unnerving audible cues?  Rumbles, sounds of falling rocks etc.

Could be especially fun when traversing a cave system 😳

Reminds me of a mod I've been thinking of trying out.  Dynamic World, apparently it has cave-ins and earthquakes.  Being trapped in an area doesn't sound great but would be interesting.

Thinking about it,having a tremor ,or even just the sound when you're on the rope bridges or trestle might be a bit much for some people, and cause a few premature deaths..how about optional 😊

We have this already in the Blackrock Mine — both in the visual shaking and in the audible sounds of subsidence.

I think it’s a nice bit of of ambiance, tbh.

Given Great Bear’s history of both seismic AND avalanche activity, I’d like to see the landscape play an increasing role in the game overall.

Perhaps an earthquake strikes one day and that standard easy route from Mystery Lake to Coastal Highway is suddenly cut off for goodness knows how long.

Looks like it’s time to learn the rest of the map! 🤷 Plus, the animal migration patterns might differ, too. It’d be a heck of a gamechanger — almost as big as dynamic seasons, though perhaps easier to implement!

Lore-wise, your idea is certainly supported by various Visor Notes found throughout the world.

10/10 suggestion.
