Low gun condition/ gun breaks/ gun cleaning loaded guns

Always played it safe with guns and the possibilities of the weapons going off on there own via mishandling. Not something I expect to see, just throwing ideas at the wall. Imagine shooting your hand while cleaning your gun or the gun blowing up in your hands upon 0 condition. My favorite idea, you don't struggle well enough against a wolf with a revolver and shoot yourself. Blowback causes the frame to snap and the shrapnel fill your chest with holes. Not sure I've seen this implemented into any game but I'd like to see it, even if it cost me a long run. Just another way to keep the gamer in that zone that allows the apex to come out.
