Cougar reintroduction

Dear Hinterland,

When you reintroduce the Cougar to the game (after you awesomely rework it as you guys always do) please note my custom settings of passive wildlife. I like to play against interloper weather but not have the biters jumping me. I would love to see the Cougar from a distance but not having it rip my skin off by surprise. Except if I shoot at it. Then I am fair game like with the moose or bear. As Monty Python says... "Run away! Run away!" only to be hit by a catapulted cow. I'm cool with that.

From Guy who takes his Moose stomping without hitting ESC key because the fear factor of charging Moose overrides his reasoning that this is only a game and his feeble brain can't quite process that fact resulting in complete inaction on my part. Fortunately I can usually stumble to my feet after and stagger back to my crib to heal. Wife (who plays her farming game as we sit together on the sofa but hears Will's complaining and groaning} says " Moose stomped?" "Yeah" I say. "Broken ribs for 2 weeks." "Serves you right!|" She says as she feeds her cows and collects milk to make cheese.
