There is a Part 6 of TFTFT yet to come, that will have the Trader, Safehouse Customization, and the Camera in it- the last things on the TFTFT Roadmap: https://www.thelongdark.com/expansion/. Raph has confirmed that multiple times both here and on the Steam forums.

Raph has already said multiple times that when there is news to share, HL will share it. Likely a Dev Diary or general News Announcement in the News & Updates subforum (Events and Announcements on Steam) :

A lot of us are excited for the last TFTFT Part, and for Wintermute Episode 5. But asking about them repeatedly is not going to change the answer "When we have something to tell you, we will..." or make it happen any faster. It's hard to be patient when we are hyped up for the last big things, but we all need to be patient and give them time to fix existing bugs, rework the Cougar, and get the last big updates finished they way they want them to be. Patience, dear heart, patience.
