"Step Over" Mod

I went looking, and while I found a "Jump" mod (which I don't want), I can't for the life of me find any mod that allows me to step over a three or six inch edge. I don't want a freaking pencil on the floor to be able to stop me like it's a solid brick wall. Is anyone aware of such a mod?

That's pretty much what the jump mod does, iirc.  At least by default, the "jump" is more of a tiny hop.  It might be configurable.

Yeah, I wish that wasn't a thing in this game. That & not being able to look around in a vehicle. Thank God for Mods!
