Recently, I am sure that I came across a shovel with other loot somewhere.  But I can not remember where.  

 

I think it was before Ver. 2.28 came out.  I would guess it was somewhere in the contamination zone but it is so vague I am far from sure.  I am not asking to be told exactly where, but was there a shovel around or was I just dreaming ?

A shovel you can pick up and use? Or break down for scrap? I might have seen one as unimplemented set dressing, but not that I could interact with
