car batteries

was the frequency of car batteries on a stock stalker run recently nerfed? I am asking because I just cleared the entire bleak inlet region and I didn't find any.

I'm playing on Voyager and cleared Mountain Town and only found 1 battery, which is way lower than anything I've ever seen. Something definitely changed with the batteries, whether intentional or not.

On an interloper run, I had to schlep one all the way from broken railroad to Milton to fix the transmitter.  I don't know if battery spawns are related to difficulty, but they're definitely not guaranteed.  That said, I usually find one very close to the transmitter even in interloper.
