Proud to say I been enjoying this game off and on since 2016, and it's so much better than it used to be. One thing I particularly LIKE about the Far Territory DLC is the reward that tool variants give. They reward exploration and add more chance for boons where none are expected. Enter the P38. As a man, I've had one of these folded over a card and crammed into my wallet my entire life. My current p38 sees daily use and I've owned it longer than 99% of everything else around me at this point. If you ever saw me, you'd doubt that I've ever had much trouble getting AT the food if it's in my path, and this lil beauty is my secret. Recently I was looking at that 0.2kg Pampered Chef you guys have in TLD and I'm wondering why Canadians still haven't figured out Freedom... well... Don't get me wrong the Pampy is still a SOLID can opener... Much better than the finger-smasher-teeth-basher we grew up with in the 80's... but THIS P38 is one darn ESSENTIAL tool for LIBERTY and self-sufficiency in ANY Territory.

I left that old honkin' son of a gun on the shelf with my canned food museum.

 

More for humor than anything else, but I am genuinely surprised that we don't have one in the game, along with the mag lens, fire striker, etc.

That with levels of the COOKING skill, pretty early on (looks like level 3 or smth) - you don't lose calories from smashing open cans! So it's already in the game. Cheers Hinterland I'm a nerd for sure welp back to the woodz be easy yall
