v 2.31 stuttering and unplayable, seems to be draw distance, PS4 Pro

Anyone else found this, after updating to 2.31,  I was in Sundered Pass, and basically have to walk around looking at the floor, if I look any further it drops to 3 or 4 frames a second?  I restarted the PS4 Pro to no avail?

Yea the frames drop heavily on ps5 too

It happens on my Steam run as well.
