Recycled Can Recipes

I happened to go over my Frontier Cooking recipes, pot and skillet recipes while wishing there were simple generic meat/fish  stew recipes for the pot (like 2 servings) and the skillet (1 serving) and clicked on recycle can recipes not expecting to see anything since there was never anything there but look what I found...
