Tales button Journal button

It would be helpful (to me 🙄) if the UI provided a separate button to bring up the Tales screen instead of co-opting the Journal button for that purpose.   If the Journal button had to be co-opted then how about make a second push on the button which initially brings up Tales then have it bring up Journal screen.  Another push of the button should close the open Journal screen. 

Call it QoL improvement.
