Abandoned lookout

I'm wondering how to get to the abandoned lookout on coastal highway. when trying to get to it from all the safehouses I seem to always just end up in the mine connected to another region and going back in the direction I think it's located I don't find it too, and that's when it's clear weather.
I'd like to know how cause a bit more loot but I currently don't

If you come out of the cinder hills mine ,then follow the path left.. after a few hundred meters ,at a guess, there's a small gap on the right hand side with a fallen tree. Go in there and look right and up and it's there.. there's usually a deer there too.

No problem..I hope you find it😊.   Fallen trees usually point to something ,if you didn't know that already...
