I do keep hearing a random loud huff, like the bear is right near you but there's nothing there...  I heard it this morning when I was leaving Spence's farm.. 

I looked around and saw nothing but it was definitely a bear huffing noise.. nearly gave me a heart attack😁

It is in fact the sound of a shelter collapsing, it's just bugged and plays every time you approach a ruined shelter.  I freaked out the first time I heard it ,too
