Custom difficulty settings (BRA that broked other settings (like intestinal parasites and cabin fever, Empty Container Chance Modifier, Reduce Container Item Density))

Hello all, after the Tales From The Far Territory was relesed the Custom difficulty setting was broken, whe you choose BRA high or very high even when you turn on IP and CF you can't get them, also when you turn BRA on medium or low Setting Empty Container Chance Modifier and Reduce Container Item Density didn't change chance of spawn and density of  thing's in container, This part of game worked fine until TFTFT was relised.
