Cairn #79?

Can anyone confirm that cairn 79 is missing? I found a youtube showing it's position, but that location looks a bit different now. Also i verified my coordinates with F8 and compared them with coordinates I found somewhere on Steam. This confirmed I was at the correct position, but no cairn to be found...
