I Can't Move On Most Builds

I've been having trouble with the time capsule recently. The most recent build works perfectly fine, but if I try a previous version, I can't move. I start a new run every time and I cannot press any buttons once the game starts. I can't move, I can't open the menu with Esc, I can't open my inventory; I have to force stop the game. This happens in both challenges and survival mode. 

The versions I've tried and could not move on:

Penitent Scholar
Vigilant Trespass 
Resolute Outfitter
Faithful Cartographer
Wintermute 1.0 Launch
Vigilant Flame

The only versions that work for me are the Early Access Launch, Silent Hunter, Deep Forest, Tireless Menace, and of course, the current build. 

Anybody have this problem? I've tweaked almost every setting in options and nothing works. 

Is this something worthy of being sent to support? I don't want to bother them since they're not supported, unless this is a Time Capsule problem.

I've got exactly the same problem! I tried playing some of Early Wintermute (predux) and couldn't progress past the cutscene in the beginning. And in the survival I couldn't move the camera too.

I guess it has something to do with gamepad support, as camera movement (kinda) works with gamepad only. But the keyboard/mouse don't do anything at all.

I tried predux a couple months ago and it worked, but I changed the build to another version (I don't remember which) and could not move. I changed back to Wintermute launch and that was frozen too, even though I had just been able to play it just fine.
