Additions/improvements for more immersion

I joined here a long time ago but never really posted (only introduced myself). Hi again.

I have a few things I'd like to suggest, which I'm sure have been talked about in the past. I'd like to hear other suggestions from the community as well.

Implementing a fat meter- further harvesting options to get bone marrow from animals.

Crafting fishing lures- use scrap metal to make lures for a better chance of catching fish.

Crafting scope for rifle- could use srap metal and mag glass.

I'm sure there's alot of other things and would love to read them.

The game is still great after so many years btw. Thanks
