Blackrock - Cannot pick up Forager's Remnant Sewing Kit

The sewing kit that spawns kind of under a plank in the broken house on the hill above Forager's Remnant in Blackrock is not clickable, and therefore you cannot pick it up. When you try to mouse over it, there is no reticle highlight so it appears that the wood debris is conflicting with the "hitbox" of the sewing kit. Sucks because it would've been my first sewing kit in the run and they are always much needed in Blackrock lol.

Its not the only thing that can't be picked up. There have been flares there too. I think it's the same bug as the one I have. Can't pick up some things from car floors. I lost a book this morning because of it. HTL are aware of it.

I got this bug also in a new run started in CH. It was a book on the floor of the car on CH highway between the log sort and Quonset. Didn't matter which door i went in. Could not get a hitbox.

I also got this bug recently in a truck in Old Island Connector/Crumbling Highway, just near the mine entrance. There was a sewing book on the floor of the truck, but I couldn't pick it up no matter what seat I sat in. Very frustrating.

Since the car interior changes, several people have mentioned this issue of not being able to pick up items in cars

There seems to be nothing on the back seats anymore either!
