(Spoiler) Ep4 - looting bodies

Found the "mass grave" but can't loot any of the bodies. Is this intended or a bug?

The harsh experiences during EP1+2 have made You too hard, I think. Just let them rest in peace.

I do think, this is by design, though.

I've just reported it as a bug, mainly because I initially thought one of the bodies was needed to complete a side quest (I've since found this is not the case).  I think it may be a bug as I still get the cursor popping up when I'm near them, but I'll post back as and when HL get back to me.

It felt like a very deliberate choice to me. I found one body alone at first and also tried to loot it with some confusion before walking a little further and seeing the rest of the group. Then I realized what was going on. It’s a very sad scene.

Yes, very sad and disturbing!

I think the no loot choice was deliberate ...  these poor souls most likely would have already been looted by those who killed them. Jace mentions coming across this scene. I know it won't work in the story mode, but this is a case where I would really like to have the opportunity in Survival to somehow place bodies in a more appropriate resting site. Maybe a rock cache type plot or even a shallow cave?
