loud sound playing on every other activity

howdy

i have found a sound bug i hope

every other click (or opening inventory/crafting etc.) the game plays the same loud sound file

something heavy moving in snow

maybe similar to one playing during the episode 4 intro?! (not the intro itself - that played no sound the first time over- but the first few story minutes)

found the sound... its marine flare going out... playing over every other action I perform

Yes I got that too but it stopped eventually, I think when I quit and then continued later. That was my only problem. A couple things disappeared on me, once picking them up weren't in my inventory, or anywhere. Nothing too important. So far everything's just awesome.

i've also experienced loud crashing noises when cutscenes end and it moves to the loading screen. So far it happened after talking to the warden after healing him, then going back outside afterwards.

I'm having the same problem ,thought it had stopped after reloading but now it's back again!

I do have the flare going out sound too. But only when I do have it in hand. Lit or not.
