Respawn of Wolves in Pleasant Valley

Hi there,

in other sections of the forum people have addressed this issue, but nobody could really answer it. The wolves in PV don't seem to respawn, after they were killed.

Since we are not sure whether it is on purpose, I thought posting it here would be better
