Hotkey for "Drop 1 Tinder"

This seem like a negligible thing, but please, hear me out.

I sometimes drop tinder on the ground, to make markers on where to go (e.g., marking safe way over ice, or even entire "dotted line"). Unfortunately, the UI is not friendly to this action.

Currently, the process is following:
"I" for inventory,
moving mouse to bottom right,
clicking "Drop",
moving moue to center,
clicking "Drop" again (because I have more than 4 pieces),
"I" to dismiss inventory.
Move 3 steps forward.

..and this all repeated many times. If only there would be simple hotkey, similar to "Drop decoy", that would just drop 1 tinder. Wouldn't be that hard to implement, right?
