Gustaaf
V.200(2113.0, 144.7, 730.1)RURALREGIONSprained the enkel for no real visible reason. No visible drop in landscape etc. Do not knwo if it is hidden fault in the landscape or an expected play behaviour.
traceyle
It s no bug. Sometimes you get slippy because of ice or when you tries to climb a high place. Dont know exractly but use better shoes seem to reduce it, and dont try to go to places that hard to go. It s common sense, you get sprained ankel if you dont put you leg in the right place. Gustaaf
Well, I was wearing deerskin-boots in good condition, and my foot prints in the snow shows my path of walking. I had purposely looked back (for this screenshot) after tending to my enkle. It neither seems slippery, nor unreasonably high slope either. I suspect an invisible fault line in the terrain map that cause a minor drop. Only the Devs would able to see that.
elloco999
You can even sprain an ankle while walking on flat ground or on the ice, the chance is just much lower. If you're walking on a steep slope the chance goes up and walking across ledges or even falling off ridges etc lets the chance skyrocket. But yeah, you can sprain an ankle anywhere without any obvious reason.
Seshins
As others have said i always assumed it there was just a chance that this and afflications (to come?) like it would occur.
Jeremy JPOW Powell
There is a random chance for this to happen while walking through the snow. It's higher on slopes and weird terrain, and when running to. In your screenshot as well, you were running on a slope horizontally so it makes sense if you rolled your ankle while running along a slope like that.Jeremy
