Did this just to see what would happen. Began carving up a dead wolf which takes time. At the corner of my eyes was a wolf when I started. Forty minutes later when I had my pounds of flesh of wolf, the live wolf at the corner of my eye had kindly frozen in place until I noticed him again.

So, bug, at least the wolves are not moving while we engage in time consuming efforts that flash to the clock ticking away.
