Icon in inventory for opened/hot canned food

Now that we have canned food that can be opened and heated, how about a small icon in the upper left corner of the inventory icon that shows that a can is opened or heated? Quite a few times, I've had several cans of a particular food and opened and heated one of them, only to go into inventory and click on each one trying to find the one I just heated up.

I agree, or have it flashing so we know its hot! Like one of those big signs on the McDonalds cups, Caution Coffee is Hot!

After the cooking you should automatic eating it. Why would you cock it and not eating or drinking it straightaway . Its like I want this can and it shall be open with this can opener and now I have to select it in my inventory and eat it.

Because you can make tea or coffee and than drink it later. There is currently only one UI behavior for food.

Of course. Then minus them.

And minus Rose hip and Reishi tea, minus every raw meat etc. I understand you, but from my point of view, which can be wrong, this can be more confusing than actual behavior.

The thing is if you use can opener you auto eat it. If you cook its it should be the same. Tea and meat dont use can opener so its as usually
