How long does it take for support team to answer emails

So i emailed the support team with a issue and got answered back in the same day they asked for save and log files so i gave them the files and it has been 3 days i havent got answered how long does it ussualy take?

I don't believe that they will send you an email about whether the issue was fixed.  At least, I have never seen that.  You'll find out if there eventually is a hotfix or maintenance update for the game but not before.
