Little storie of a good spook

Just wanted to share one of my favorite moments in the game that happen not to long ago.

 

It starts as I was completing the 25 day Winter Embrace event and was on my 24 day. Only 3 more ingame hours to go to finish it, so very close. The last 4 days, I was outside, working a Moose and harvest his meat and skin.

When I finally finish my harvest, I decide to make a food cache in front of a trailer in Milton but there was a lot of meat to travel so I didn't have another choose that to do some travel back and forth, but I didn't really mind, it wasn't far and it's beautiful outside when you are on an Aurora night. At the trailer, I got lazy and didn't want to put the food inside before I build the cache.So I just drop it close, in front of the windows of the trailer. After I did my last run, I decide to pick everything up, then I would be able to sleep, build a cache and continue exploring after that. But as I turn around to get in the door, a wolf directly jumps at me. I got really surprised, never heard it coming. I just love those moments. That's, and a lot of other things, make this game so amazing.

You never totally know what can happen even after hours and hours of game.
I even drew, with my limited skill, this moment to remember it
