Black screen after launch

Hi all , how you all are doing ?

Here's my issue :

Right after launch , screen goes black , nothing responds , power still on and have to hard reboot PC (HP i7-RTX 2060).

First time occured a few months ago, lasted 1 day , Second time after the Jan 19 update also lasted 1 day and now 10 days ago and issue still persists.

Everything is up to date including BIOS.

The ''Black Screen After Disclaimer'' solution suggestion on the Hinterland Support page , regarding the media feature pack , redirects to the most vague explanation on the net i have ever encountered. Nevertheless i downloaded everything that could be downloaded on that page and applied but no succes.

 

This is my favorite game of all time , it's my daily Zen moment and miss it incredibly  so any kind of help/suggestion will be highly appreciated.
